In the world of interior design, few names are as well-known in Australia as Alisa and Lysandra. From their time on The Block to running their own successful design studio, these talented sisters have carved out a reputation for transforming spaces into timeless works of art, blending luxury, functionality, and their signature coastal-modern aesthetic.
At Home Bathroomware, we're proud to be part of their design journey. In this edition of Inside Australian Homes, we take you behind the scenes of their Design Duo 'Twin Off' Series, featuring our Flo vanity and Archie vanity.
Who Are Alisa & Lysandra?

“We don’t just create beautiful spaces; we create environments that elevate how people live,” the pair explains.
A Modern Family Home Done Right
The Design Duo 'Twin Off' Series in South Australia, follows Alisa and Lysandra as they build their family homes side by side. Together, they have a unique design aesthetic that combines minimalism, luxury, masculinity, and softness, with an unwavering commitment to impeccable quality and craftsmanship.
In each episode of this series, identical rooms in both houses are revealed, showcasing their creative designs. The series revolves around their friendly competition to outdo each other's innovative choices, capturing the excitement of sibling rivalry, creativity, and the journey of crafting dream homes.
Why Australian-Made Bathroom Vanities Matter
When choosing bathroom furniture, Alisa & Lysandra prioritize quality, sustainability, and design integrity. That’s why they opted for our unique vanities.
We are super excited to see they have featured both the Flo vanity and Archie vanity ranges that we exclusively sell here in the US. These two vanity collections were designed by Alisa & Lysandra in collaboration with ADP Australia.
Trending Now: Floating Vanities and Vessel Sinks
Alisa & Lysandra’s project taps into two major modern bathroom trends:
1. Floating Vanities
Also known as wall-mount vanities, these units appear to “float” above the floor, creating a more open, airy atmosphere. They’re perfect for both compact and spacious bathrooms, offering the illusion of more room and easier cleaning.
2. Vessel Sinks
These sit-on-top sinks add a sculptural element to any vanity setup. The sinks used in this project offer timeless elegance and works beautifully with woodgrain or polyurethane vanities.
Pro tip: Combine floating vanities with large-format tiles and backlit mirrors for a spa-like effect at home.
