Home Bathroomware upholds the highest standard of quality for each of our products. Every effort is made to ensure our products are shipped to you in perfect condition. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition and original packaging within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund or a replacement, once returned as per our return policy below.

Returns will not be accepted on used or damaged products. Eligible domestic returns within the 30-day guarantee period may be returned for a full credit of purchase price. Please review carefully. After 30 days, product is no longer eligible for return.

Requirements for Return

1. A returns request must be submitted to Home Bathroomware within 30 days of delivery date. 
2. Products must be in new and saleable condition, with all original packaging. 
3. Products must be approved for return by Home Bathroomware prior to sending. Any items returned without authorization will be subject to disposal and are ineligible for credit.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Product must be shipped back to the approved Home Bathroomware warehouse. Drop-off to warehouse is available upon request.
