Where do you ship to?

Shipping is available right across the United States directly from our LA Warehouse. This excludes Alaska & Hawaii. 

What is the delivery time?

Our Warehouse team aims to pack and ship orders within 3 business days. Shipping then varies depending on your location. Most areas are no more than 10 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once you have placed your order and it's been shipped, you will be notified by email. In this email you will receive a tracking code which can be used to track your order on our shipping partners website.

Do you have a showroom?

No, we are an online store only and do not have a showroom. You can order a sample pack for your preferred vanity to see the cabinet and countertop finishes. The full cost of our sample pack is redeemable when you place your vanity order.

Where can I see real images of your vanities?

We love seeing and sharing our vanities in real bathrooms with you across our social media channels. Visit our Instagram or ADP Australia to view our vanities and to get bathroom remodel tips and inspiration.

Where are your vanities made?

All vanities are and designed and manufactured in the ADP Australia factory just south of Sydney on the East Coast of Australia. 

What is the cabinet material?

All our vanity cabinet material is sourced within Australia and designed and manufactured by ADP Australia. The cabinetry is made from thermo-laminated board (not real timber). This laminate board is moisture-resistant therefore more durable and gives a long life span in a bathroom setting. 

We recommend ordering a sample pack for your preferred vanity to see the cabinet and countertop finishes. The full cost of the sample pack is redeemable when you place your vanity order.

What is the countertop material?

All countertops are made with Cherry Pie Premium Solid Surface. Cherry Pie is made from a durable mix of high-performance acrylic resins.

Cherry Pie is free from crystalline silica and is:

• Very easy to repair if scratched.
• Nonporous and better stain resistance than natural stone.
• Crack and chip resistant.
• Can be drilled on site with normal hole saw.
• Developed to withstand heat, chemicals, moisture, and impact.
• Hygienic and easy to maintain. Does not require sealing or treating.
• Is not cold to touch like natural stone.
• Can be made to any size, making it ideal for custom sizes.
• 10 Year Warranty.
• Can scratch easier than Quartz stone.
• Pattern consistency may vary like natural stone.
• Maximum water temperature 65°C.

Can I have countertop mounted faucets?

Yes, as the countertops comes with no pre-drilling, you can choose the positioning of your faucets and sinks to suit you. Our countertops are made of Solid Surface and is very easy to drill through. Please be mindful when choosing your sink that you choose the appropriate size that will allow enough space for your faucets.

Does the vanity come with plumbing parts?

No, your plumber will be able to assist in choosing the correct plumbing parts for you from your local hardware store or Home Depot. 

Does the vanity come with mounting brackets?

No, as we do not know the wall construction the vanities will be mounted to, your contractor will need to decide the best method for installation. You can see our recommended installation instructions here.

What is the weight of the vanity?

You can find the approximate weight of each vanity on the product page under 'Description'.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, if you prefer to collect your order, pickup is available from our LA Warehouse. Orders are usually ready in 2-4 days from our Warehouse located at: 21508 Ferrero Parkway, Walnut CA 91789.
